Returns

We want you to love your order. If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not quite right, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase. If stock is available, we’ll exchange your item; otherwise, we’ll arrange a refund or replacement.

Return postage will be covered if the item is faulty or incorrect. For all other returns, postage costs will be the purchaser’s responsibility. To arrange a return, please contact acrrm@brandrepublic.com.au.
