Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not quite right, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Where stock is available, we’ll exchange your item; if not, we’ll organise a refund or replacement.

Return postage costs are covered if the item is faulty or incorrect. For all other returns, postage will be at the purchaser's expense. To arrange a return, please contact  acrrm@brandrepublic.com.au 

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this policy.
